Life coaching is mainly focused on the present and the future but at times it may be necessary to look back to uncover unconscious emotional components that are blocking you from moving on with your life today. Even at the times you may need to look back it can be as content free as you feel comfortable with. The main aim is to always move forward with each step of the process. Although much can often be achieved in one or two sessions it is advisable to allow yourself to a commitment of at least five sessions. The choice is always yours though. Each session is intended to be relaxed and positive experience and will be completely confidential. It is not my position to tell you what to do or how to do it but to guide you into your own understanding of the situation and to help you find your own resolution to the problem. In many cases clients are not even consciously aware of what the main problem is but unconsciously the answers lie within waiting to be unlocked. As a life coach and therapist I use a techniques taken form a branch of psychology called N.L.P (Neuro-Linguisitc programming) these techniques help my clients to reframe and change behaviour patterns. As your personal life coach I am trained to listen very carefully to what you say; to find your self-limiting beliefs and work with you on their removal. My experience, training and external perspective on your life can help to untangle your confusion, boost your confidence, build your motivation and your stamina, and keep you actively focused on meeting your goals.
