Your FREE first 45 minute initial appointment is a consultation that allows you to meet me for the first time, to ask any questions or concerns you may have and to discuss the issues that you would like to work on in a non judgemental and confidential environment. You are at no time under any obligation to continue with treatments. All I ask is that if you decide to continue with a further appointment is that you chose to commit to your own self improvement.

How many Appointments will be required ?

The number of appointments that you require will vary with each individual. Although much can be treated with one session, several appointments may be required over time to resolve several layers to an issue. The number of sessions is always something we will mutually discuss and agree on.

 

Limited appointment times are available early evenings or on a Saturday
