As a caring, professional therapist and life coach my purpose is to assist you to discover the resources within to live a rewarding and well balanced life. As well as clinical hypnotherapy I also specialise in transpersonal hypnotherapy .This is a holistic therapy which encompasses mind, body and spirit - the physical, the conscious and the super conscious, respectively. I am also committed to my own personal development as well as my clients and continue with ongoing training, study and research as a professional therapist to ensure I can offer the best level of support for my clients. I incorporate in to my work values from any belief system that resonates with me as a compassionate individual who believes we are on this physical plane to make ourselves and the world around us a better place now and each time we leave it.
